We looked for a house for about two years, and looked at a fairly wide range of prices, locations and neighborhoods in our area. April had a wide and pretty deep knowledge of the homes we looked at and the real estate market. She came prepared to home showings, could give appropriate advice about them, was always friendly and upbeat and had high integrity in her dealings with us and with others, even her competitors. One of my concerns about dealing with realtors were stories I’d heard from friends of them taking advantage of information they learned about you for their own gain at your expense. I never saw April do that. For a period of time we worked on building our own house, and April was knowledgeable about various aspects of home-building also. When we put in a bid on an existing house, April was a very good negotiator, and did an excellent job for us in a seller’s market. I’m not often impressed with service I receive, but I was impressed with April and would highly recommend her to family and friends.

FIVE STARS! Found April on the web. I emailed April for help… She was in Colorado and i was in Nebraska. My father wanted to sell his home in Longmont after 41 years.
