Hi Neighbors, The HOA Board conducted their spring walk-around on May 5, 2022. The HOA Board evaluated landscaping needs and identified patio wall and building repairs that were needed this summer and autumn. David McCarty @ Flagstaff Management will inform the Board if any repairs have been made to your property.

Here is a list that we want to highlight to both renters and owners, particularly those new to the area. Landscape Design We are grateful that homeowners want to beautify the space outside their patio walls. It is also important that they are visually pleasing.

Each unit can have a limited amount of landscaping changes permitted by the Board. The board must approve any changes made to landscaping. The board will examine the plan within two to four weeks after it has been submitted. If the plans are acceptable, they will approve. Every request to modify the landscaping will receive an evaluation for proper plant selection, location, water requirements, and aesthetics.
